Blue, the Ardennes? More than the Red Sea or the Black Forest, Ardenne Bleue (Blue Ardennes) deserves its name. Because it is blue as its waters unfold everywhere and in all their forms… This is the case here…

The water from mountain streams and brooks rushes into our lakes, unless it soaks the boggy ground of the Hautes Fagnes. It then slowly pervades the soil, amassing there the riches that will end up at our tables, in the form of sparkling or Reine, Bru or Spa water.

But the water in the Ardenne Bleue is also the snow that delights downhill or cross-country ski enthusiasts. It is the carbon gas water that continues to give a name to the Thermal Baths of Spa.
